Do you have parking?

Parking facilities are available at Canbury Place car park, Cattle Market car park, or NCP Fairfield, all of which are only a few minutes away from the Rotunda complex.

Where is the closest rail station or bus stop?

The closest railway station is the Kingston overground station, and the nearest bus stop is available on Cromwell Road.

Is there a lift available?

Yes, there is lift access to all floors and changing facilities within the Rotunda complex.

What time do you open and close?

Monday: 10am – 12am

Tuesday: 10am – 12am

Wednesday: 10am – 12am

Thursday: 10am – 12am

Friday: 10am – 2am

Saturday: 10am – 2am

Sunday: 10am – 12am

What activities does the venue offer?

Pop Playrooms offers 9 holes of mini golf, electronic darts, an American pool table – all activities are bookable in advance via our website.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Where we have availability to do so, we can accommodate walk-ins. However, please be aware at peak times this may not be guaranteed, so we strongly recommend booking in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA and all major debit and credit cards. Please note – we are a cashless venue.

What food and drink is available?

Pop Playrooms has a fully licensed bar, offering a range of soft and alcoholic drinks including beer, wine, and cocktails. Food is provided by our partners Wing Wing – for more information, please see our menu page.

I have allergies – what’s in the food?

Our allergen information is available on our menu page. However, if you have any specific dietary enquiries, we recommend contacting our team directly at hello@popplayrooms.com.

Do you serve halal food?

Yes

Does your venue cater for children’s parties?

Yes, our venue has everything you need to arrange an amazing party. For more information about our packages, please see our website, or contact us directly at events.kingston@popplayrooms.com.

Does your venue cater for private hire or corporate events?

Do you feature live bands and/or DJ’s?

We host regular DJ nights on Friday and Saturdays. On other occasions when we host events these may include live bands, musicians or DJ’s. For more information, please check our website listings or our Social Media @popplayrooms.


Do you offer table service?

Not at present but, we are looking to introduce soon!

How long does a game of golf usually last?

Usually anywhere from 20 mins to 1 hour depending on Skill level and number of people. On average 35 mins for 4 players.

How long does a game of darts usually last?

Darts is purchasable in 30 minute intervals, a single game depending on the game selected and the number of people (no more than 6 per Oche).
How long does a game of Pool usually last?

Pool is purchasable in 30 minute intervals, a single game depending on the game selected and the number of people (no more than 6 people per time slot).

Do I need to arrive early?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the beginning of your booking to ensure that you are checked in on our system and to ensure you can start your activity promptly. Please note – if you arrive after the starting time of your booking this will be taken from play time.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Not at present however, we are looking into this option!

What is the age of a child?

Anyone aged 12 and under is classed as a child at Pop Playrooms.

What is the age of a teen?

Anyone aged 13 to 17 is classed as a teen or Student at Pop Playrooms.

Do I need to bring ID?

Only as a condition of the sale of alcohol, and Pop Playrooms operates a Challenge 25 policy. For proof of identification, we require an in date and valid form of identification such as a UK Passport of Driving Licence. At times, we may host special events which are 18+, as part of our licensing conditions, you make be asked to show proof of identification upon entering the premises in these circumstances. Please note – no under 18s are permitted in the venue after 8pm.

Are you open on public holidays?

Yes, we are open every day, except for 25th December and 1st January.

What group sizes can you accommodate?

We can accommodate bookings of up to 12 people via our online booking system. For larger group sizes, please contact us directly at events.kingston@popplayrooms.com or call us directly on 0204 570 4343.
